Projektbeschreibung:
Einsatz im Projekt KLS": Kollektivleben-System
Das Projekt KLS hat als Ziel ein komplett neues System für die Verwaltung der Verträge der Branche Kollektivleben zu erstellen und einführen. Das Projekt hat bereits im 2015 begonnen und wird bis Mitte 2021 andauern. Im Projekt arbeiten über 50 Mitarbeiter, davon ca. 20 Applikationsentwickler.
Im Rahmen dieses Projektes werden die folgenden Arbeitspakete analysiert und bearbeitet:
* Prozesse: Prozesse für Verwaltung der Kollektivleben-Verträge, z.B. Eintritt, Austritt, Lohnänderung
* Produkte: Produkte der Allianz Suisse für die Branche Kollektivleben, z.B. Vollversicherung Basis, Zusatz
* Finanzen: Sämtliche Komponenten zur Verwaltung der Geldflüsse z.B. Inkasso, Exkasso, Buchhaltung
* Output: Sämtliche Dokumente in Zusammenhang mit Kollektivleben, z.B. Vorsorge-Ausweis, -Konzept
* Infrastruktur: Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur und Entwicklungstools, Definition der Architektur, usw.
* Migration: Überführung der Bestände aus altem System in das neue System KLS
Aufgaben:
* Analyse und Design der Anforderungen aus Teilprojekt KLS-Migration
* Erlernen des KLS-Datenmodells und bestehende Migrationsprogramme
* Implementieren der Batchprogramme in Modellierungssprache für Migration der Bestände
* Mitwirken im KLS-Projekt durch selbständiges Arbeiten mit Eigenverantwortung
Notwendige Skills/Profil:
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung besonders in Java.
Zur Implementierung wird eine Domäne spezifische Sprache eingesetzt.
Technologie-Knowhow
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Software-Entwicklung mit Java SE (Im Projekt KLS wird eine Domäne spezifische Sprache zur Modellierung eingesetzt).
* Der Kandidat muss im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken SQL, Datenmo-delle und Batchprogrammierung stark sein und sich mit Performance-Fallen im SQL auskennen.
Fach-Knowhow
* Versicherungs- und Finanzkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber nicht Voraussetzung
Persönlichkeit
* Muss intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialisten gern haben
* Lernfähig, neugierig für neue IT-Methoden
* Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
* Übernimmt Verantwortung für seine Umsetzungen
* Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
