As part of this expansion, we are seeking a high stature Business Analyst
Main tasks:
Guide:
- Leadership and coordination of approx. 3 Business Engineers on the technical side
- Lead of the technical requirement cycle
Analysis:
- Definition of technical stories/requirements
- Developing solution options with int./external. Project staff
- Process analysis and design
Engineering:
- Description of technical solutions/requirements
- Documentation of processes acc. Project/banking standards
- Test case design and creation
- Tracking relevant project documentation, manuals etc.
Planning:
- Planning of the subject-specific work packages
- Planning Testing Specialist Requirements (in consultation with PL,TM)
RequirementsGeneral:
- High engineering and analysis competencies
- planning skills
- Leadership experience (Business Engineers or subprojects)
- Experience in projects with >maturity 1 year
- Experience in cooperation with external provider
- Knowledge of the leasing business, possibly professional experience
- Assertiveness and confident appearance
Technical:
- Jira very good knowledge
- Visio very good knowledge
- QC Quality Center very good knowledge
- Agile methods (Scrum) good knowledge
Languages:
- English (fluent written and spoken)
- German (fluent written and spoken)
