This is a contract opportunity for a French and English speaking Agile Coach based in Geneva (Switzerland), working for a consultancy.
The successful candidate will have experience in Waterfall to Agile transformations within large organisations, understanding their current baseline to help shape the target organisation model. They will work with stakeholders of varying seniority to educate and evolve their understanding of working in an Agile way. Together alongside other Agile Coaches, they will help shape the organisations transformation as a committed team, building communities of practice.
This role is based in Geneva (Switzerland) and does allow elements of remote working.
About you:
- Demonstratable experience coaching/consulting within Agile transformations at scale
- Good knowledge of Agile Frameworks and methodology (Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, XP, Kanban)
- Strong stakeholder management experience within large organisations
- Understanding of Software Engineering Architecture (IT/IS) and practices such DevOps, TDD, Test First, Pair Programming
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (English and French)
