EMC Documentum Specialist - Banking - Zurich
A global bank in Zurich is looking for a senior Documentum specialist for a 6 month initial contract with considerable scope for extension.
The Documentum Specialist will be expected to:
- Actively participate in the design, development and maintenance of modifications/customizations using the Documentum Developer Studio suite, and deploying such modification/customization in a distributed global environment.
- Actively participate in the design, development and maintenance of interfaces to and from operations, business, and finance and accounting applications.
- Work closely with the internal Business Analysts to properly configure and modify Documentum applications in a changing business environment.
- Participate in process analysis, process design, mapping, and process/software gap analysis.
- Deploying concurrent processes and custom development of Documentum Developer Studio applications.
- Develop functional and technical design specifications of Documentum applications, dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications including use of documented revision control.
- Manage and resolve elevated service tickets for internal customers.
- Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
- Participate in upgrade to newer versions as needed.
- Participate in the streamlining of internal processes, procedures and standards as related to the development and maintenance of the EMC Documentum applications.
- Create test scripts and perform unit testing
Required:
- Security Certification
- Extensive knowledge of design, development and maintenance of Documentum
- Knowledge of Business Objects is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of UNIX
- Network skills
- Experience in developing Web Services
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Documentum technical knowledge, development skills and development standards knowledge.
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management
- Experience in high availability, load balancing and tuning
