Our global multinational end client based in Geneva/Lausanne is now looking for several Web Developer/Adobe CQ (English Speaker).

We are looking for talented and highly motivated Java/CMS developers.
Ability and commitment is more important than current skill set, although certain core skills are required. You should be highly motivated, have technical flair, an interest in all things technology, excellent programming skills in Java, whilst also having strong experience of programming across multiple tiers covering presentation layer (eg JSP, Javascript), RESTful APIs and CMS related technologies.
As Web Developer/Adobe CQ, you will be working on challenging Adobe CQ based Intranet projects for all company. Working closely with a cross-functional teams of developers and architects, you will define, develop, test, debug and deploy CQ-based solutions granting full adherence with Group standards and needs in terms of Intranet solutions and operations.
The Role:
-Understand user requirements, technical contexts and constraints and business objectives.
-Be able to explain and communicate technical options.
-Follow defined development methodologies and tools.
-Understand global IT strategy and templates development philosophy.
-Interpret business requirements and technical specifications.
-Investigate, analyse, document and track status of reported defects using standard tools.
-Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
-Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
-Help to create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
-Help to define and validate functional and technical specifications.
-Additional related activities as identified and required.
Your profile:
Graduated in Engineering, preferred IT-related field, with 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar domain and strong and confirmed experience in Java and web development. You also have strong technical background in Internet related technologies including open source, J2E, and ability to discover new ones. As well as experience of the full software development life cycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification, to development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential).
You also have technical competencies such as:
-Strong experience in CMS related development.
-Excellent knowledge of Java 1.6+ language & technology stack.
-Experience with Apache Jackrabbit, Sling framework, OSGi, Adobe CQ5.
-JavaScript widgets and extension libraries such as JQuery, ExtJS, etc.
-Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
-Web formats and protocols: JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, etc.
-Service-oriented and REST architectures.
-Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML, web security, n-tier server technologies, and enterprise application integration.
-At ease with development tools and processes like Maven, Subversion, Git, Eclipse, Unit testing, Agile methodologies.
-Experience designing, creating and producing enterprise applications with strong emphasis on UI and usability.
-Experience in creating applications on industry standard platforms & frameworks.
-Experience with SAP, .NET or SharePoint is an asset.
Able to work in a flat and versatile organization and on multicultural projects, you speak and write fluently English (another language is an asset).
