Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2806for a Data Analyst / Business Manager (f/m)
Project environment
A global Swiss Bank in Zurich.
Tasks
• Creating and publishing regular and ad hoc reports and presentations.
• Day-to-day communication with onshore partners to agree requirements.
• Data gathering from onshore partners, colleagues and Subject Matter Experts as well as various databases.
• Conducting analysis and graphical presentation of the data (in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Supporting senior managers with follow-up clarification/questions.
• Process ownership and improvements where efficiency gains could get materialized.
Requirements
• BA degree or Master degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline) or relevant working experience (up to 3 years).
• Very proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. mastering pivot tables, vlookup, IF statements etc.).
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• VBA experience and good knowledge of Business Objects.
Soft skills
• Very good written and spoken English. German language skills would be a plus.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
