Beschreibung

C++ Solaris Developer wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.

Your tasks:

  • Taking responsibility for changes that go through multiple tiers including feed processing, risk calculations and exposure reporting
  • Designing and implementing new server functionality
  • Writing code to implement business logic and modifying stored procedures in the Sybase/SQL- Server databases
  • Utilizing standards, architectures, and processes to ensure that all code and development practices conform to company guidelines and industry best practices
  • Participating in all aspects of the project life cycle, following stringent rules and procedures for testing and promoting code in compliance with company change control processes

Your experience/skills:

  • Development background in: C++, UNIX (Solaris), RDBMS (relational database management system) as well as experience with Shell Scripting and Perl
  • A solid understanding of standard change control policies and procedures and experience working in an IT environment with rigorous change control procedures
  • Know - how with all phases of the systems development life cycle and all phases of the systems development
  • Sybase ASE experience is an additional
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
