Senior Executive Assistant in ZürichThe Executive Assistant will be reporting to the Talent, Branding & Centers of Excellence Division (TB&C) Chief Operating Officer (COO)

-Provide reliable support to the COO in all organizational aspects, including calendar management, meeting preparation and travel organization
- Organize and manage the COO's travel and expenses
- Prepare town hall meetings, smaller events, management retreats and workshops
- Gain insight into and learn about the global TB&C Division, its roles and responsibilities
- Support the COO senior management team with various administrative tasks, including travel bookings, expense management, time reporting and absence planning

What you have to offer:
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, Manager Assistant (Direktionsassistent) diploma preferred
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience as an executive and/or team assistant
- Very strong written and spoken English language skills; German an advantage
- Technically savvy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude and independent work style; reliable, committed and discrete
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality mindset
- Proactive personality with good communication, strong interpersonal skills and likes to work with people
- Highly flexibility, adaptability and energy level to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to accept and incorporate direction and guidance into daily work
- Ability to handle a variety of detail-oriented tasks and to independently follow up on and solve problems
- Willing to offer some flexibility with working hours.
