Accountabilities:
- Servicing of all designated user request channels according to defined schedules.
- Incident management from initial contact through ticketing, user interactions and fixes to ticket closure.
- Correct documentation and correct 'incident passover' to other Service Desk teams and solver groups.
- Escalations according to escalation policy. On site visits as necessary.
Main responsibilities:
- A demonstrable background and understanding of IT with good technical skills. (No experience is necessary provided a candidate can show his deep interest in IT)
- A demonstrable, evidence based, interest in helping.
- Business German and English written and spoken
- Preferable from the science background
