Accountabilities:

  • Servicing of all designated user request channels according to defined schedules.
  • Incident management from initial contact through ticketing, user interactions and fixes to ticket closure.
  • Correct documentation and correct 'incident passover' to other Service Desk teams and solver groups.
  • Escalations according to escalation policy. On site visits as necessary.

Main responsibilities:

  • A demonstrable background and understanding of IT with good technical skills. (No experience is necessary provided a candidate can show his deep interest in IT)
  • A demonstrable, evidence based, interest in helping.
  • Business German and English written and spoken
  • Preferable from the science background
