Spare Parts Administrators
In accordance with Spare Parts Administrator's work objective establish and fulfil spare parts business. Such as, taking spare parts in/out of the warehouse, managing spare parts account, providing on time service to customers or engineer, tracing spare parts status, informing engineers of exceptions in time and auditing spare parts application standardization from engineer, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing Customer/Engineer's requests, making sure that services are delivered on time according to the SLA. Such as maintenance spare parts application, batch replacement application, To-be-analysis parts application, etc.
  • Processing Apply, Return, Repair and other Services regularly and correctly according to company's regulation
  • Stock Management
  • Monitor and audit spare parts application from engineer, such as, engineer provides the fault tag for returning of the faulty parts,etc., insure spare parts business standardized management and the prompt delivery of the parts service
  • Releasing regular business report as the requirement of AMS Department
  • Based on customer's request, product features, and spare parts planner's guides setting up effective spare parts safety stock, as to realize the best balance between parts service and cost.

Qualification requirements:

  • Educational background: Computer, Logistics, Management related College Degree
  • Work experience: 2 years experience in logistics.
  • Required knowledge and skills:
  • Understand basic telecommunication product technology, be familiar with spare parts business process, understand spare parts business operation mode of the trade;
  • Master software such as ERP, OFFICE etc and must be good at Excel;
  • Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.

Competency and qualification level of specialty/technical type

  • Know various common data collection methods; active, smart& logic minded;
  • Acquire sound sense of responsibility, service consciousness, team work spirit and coordination capability.
  • Mandarin or German Preffered

Switzerland spare parts department function

  • Trace the best spare parts supply chain model of the trade and rivals settle Switzerland spare parts business process, establish and consummate Switzerland spare supply chain management system, implement spare parts service efficiently and comprehensively to achieve the service parts business goal.
  • Base on Switzerland spare part strategy and plan of Global Technical Service Division, trace the best spare parts supply chain management of the trade and rivals, establish and consummate Switzerland spare e parts logistics system and business process, organize, guide and supervise service parts business to work all around to achieve Switzerland spare parts business goal.
  • Ground on hardware service commitment of all Switzerland, take charge of the project and implementation of hardware service SLA towards all project, as to assure to fulfil Switzerland spare parts request promptly.
  • Develop scientific spare parts plan approach, direct and supervise all project to work out proper Switzerland spare plan, constantly optimize spare parts methods and means, reduce bad and dead material, as to improve spare parts velocity and reduce inventory cost;
  • Investigate and analysis Switzerland imp/exp policies, correlative tax policies and customs clearance channels, assist and guide representative office spare parts logistics platform, as to assure efficiently operation of Switzerland spare parts platform;
  • Program spare parts IT platform, collect and analyze network equipment failure information, harmonize related departments to constitute and fulfil spare parts quality enhancement, strengthen stock spare parts quality control, provide reference data to product and service improvement.
  • Guide SPMS department to impose supervisal on local service parts logistics operation, together management and appraise on logistics and customs clearance agencies. Along with Switzerland spare parts business operation performance and customer request diversification, analyze, supervise and optimize Switzerland spare parts inventory allocation structure, consummate spare parts hierarchy system progressively.
  • Establish and consummate spare parts business knowledge and skills training and assess system, improve training guidance and assessment system
