Project Management Office German speaking (PMO) - Project Management

For one of our customers, we are currently looking for a German speaking PMO to support the Program Lead.

Your responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibility as a PMO member is to support the Program IT Lead and 4-5 IT Project managers. Reporting to the IT Lead, you will integrate and work day-to-day with 3 other PMO members who focus on supporting the Program Business Lead.
  • Developing, maintaining and managing comprehensive and accurate project plans and timelines
  • Performing planning, monitoring and forecasting, issue and risk management, escalation management, variance analysis and status reporting
  • Meeting facilitation, minutes, presentations
  • Manage program costs and project costs, resource tracking and reporting
  • Support communication and change management streams
  • Continuously monitoring program and projects status and impact on stakeholder relation
  • Build a combined plan/identify dependencies between projects
  • Proactive in the identification and resolution of issues that may negatively impact the program/program deliverables or a project/project deliverables

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO Manager/or Project Manager
  • Experience with large programs/projects and proven experience working on Large IT change projects
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodology, tools (MS Project) and practices
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communications
  • Proven experience in translating complex ideas & concepts in to presentable media formats
  • Structured, analytical and strategic ability to think
  • Ability to work independently and as part of global teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as assertiveness
  • Excellent dedication, high motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English AND German being a must
  • Excellent communicator
  • Work proactively, independently and be able to prioritize
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
