Main Tasks
Designing and implementing measures in the area of configuration/change/release management and respective processes and standards
Evaluating, recommending and implementing tools and systems for configuration management, change management and release management
Designing, planning and implementing of the change management and release management processes Creating and implementing configuration management, change management and release management plans
Processing and implementing of change requests.
Coordinating the changes during creation, testing and implementation.
Checking the changes after implementation.
Performing configuration audits, change reviews and reviews of the release planning.
Creating management reports development and adjustment of the overall migration plan
Provide consultancy and guidance to the site on migration planning, feature catalogue (together with your counterpart in IT) and the migration of its content.
Define schedule plan with the site and the migration lead
Support business users before and during the migration of their content. determining assignments, help set priorities, monitor progress, and report on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines. improving the migration process and associated services.
Escalate issues to and share best practices with the Project Management Office Ensure alignment with internal partners and work with Intranet coordinators to build their knowledge.
Fluency in English (German and other languages is a plus)
