Markit/Cadis EDM Consultant
The project:
Aims at replacing an old inhouse Legacy system covering about 30 inbound feeds and serving about 40 consuming applications including multiple complex Front Office systems like Charles River Investmenent Management and some inhouse build systems.
Your tasks:
- Overall conceptual design and lead architect of MarkIT EDM Implemenation
- Conceptual design of a various Master solutions including price, security & issuer
- Advising implementations options for a Security Matching concept
- Reviewing of current implementation and design Target State
- Designing and implementing Bloomberg intraday request mechanism
- Carrying out a quality assurance of the existing Matching logic and developing this going forward
- Advising and developing an engine to create custom benchmarks, custom carve-outs, spread benchmarks and absolute benchmarks
Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years experience working with Markit EDM Implemenations
- 6months + experience on Version 9.5 or higher
- 2+ years of experience on GUI development
- Successfully implemented Security Matching and Mastering concepts as well as serving multiple Front Office systems; understands the complexity in terms of delivering data at a fixed time
- Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken, German nice to have
