Project Lead for CFO Program Services
The project:
CFO Program Services provides an internal source of consulting, program and project management capability within the company, helping the organization plan and execute major initiatives by employing industries best practices.
Your tasks:
- A responsible position in a management consulting/program delivery environment with a broad scope of challenging bank-wide and global projects, from the initial concept to implementation
- Opportunity to lead the analysis, problem solving and implementation activities of business and IT projects with priority on strategy development, regulatory compliance, organizational optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Cross-divisional projects (from front business to shared services incl. IT) on senior management level
- Broad insight into the global banking business
- Highly motivated and experienced team with an excellent reputation in a challenging working environment
Your experience/skills:
- Excellent university degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other quantitative discipline); graduate degree/MBA an advantage
- Outstanding analytical/numerical skills, creativity and persistency
- Broad project management know-how (in areas like regulatory compliance, operational excellence/six sigma, post merger integration, change management, organizational design, business strategy) with relevant professional experience of 5-10 years in a comparable position within the management consulting or financial services industry
- Banking and economic business know-how; familiarity with banking operations and IT-related themes is an advantage
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good command of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
