For a six month project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for an experienced
Operations IT Senior PMO for Strategy & Architecture (2617)

As a part of the Operations IT strategy and architecture function this role will contribute to the development of the Operations IT target architecture and work with key projects to ensure progress towards that target. The role will also include working with the Private Banking /Wealth Management & SHS IT architecture team to ensure alignment the strategic book of work and related activities.

Your responsibilities include:
• Owns and drives the strategy and architecture book of work including: Back Log, planning, key issues/risks, status and tracking
• Represents Strategy and Architecture in global PMO governance meetings*
• QA/challenge over work stream plan/budget/status submissions
• Co-ordination of global Strategy and Architecture planning/budgeting exercises
• Co-ordinates/leads pipeline analysis or issue resolution for Strategy and Architecture related topics which do not fall into the existing project structure
• Provisioning of status reporting
• Establishment of Program documentation and special process guidelines

To fulfil these tasks you meet the following requirements:
• Detailed understanding of project lifecycles ideally in a Strategy and Architecture context
• Proven experience in Project Management Support on large, complex IT programs in Investment Banks
• Solid experience in Agile planning methods and applying them to none software delivery environments
• Experienced in budget creation and submission
• Experience with offshore development
• Great social and networking skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic team player, strong communication skills and a conceptual working approach
• University degree education ideally with focus on finance or business administration with banking focus
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent written and spoken English - German is a plus
