PMO - Legal Entity Program (m/f)
PMO wanted for our client in Zurich.
The project: The Legal Entity Program is a global portfolio of programs, running across investment bank, private bank and shared services divisions.
Your tasks:
- Status reporting on LE global program and workstream level
- Supporting the program RAID log, liaising with program workstreams for obtaining status
- Providing Central Team's presentations/documents and producing PowerPoint packs as required
- Assisting in maintaining the program plan
- Communicating with the LE PMO community
- Developing of project portfolio management (PPM) usage within LE community
Your experience/skills:
- Several years experience in project management/PMO
- Good understanding of project and process management
- Experience in PMO tasks
- Experience in managing projects in the finance sector
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
