A Swiss Bank in Zurich is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of a standard software for the Financial Instruments–Master in the bank.
Tasks
This mandate is a typical project management role. Therefore the Senior Project Manager has to:
• Manage several project stakeholders.
• Manage communication.
• Manage project team.
• Manage project risk and project schedule.
• Manage the project budget and the project conflicts.
• Manage the project delivery.
Requirements
• Focus is on project management skills, in particularly Project Management Methodology Knowledge; organisation, coordination and planning behaviour; controlling & execution behaviour and conflict management.
• More than 10 years’ experience as Project Manager in large projects with expertise in banking and IT processes.
• Sound banking know-how and experience. Knowledge over financial instruments is essential.
• Strong IT implementation knowhow. Experience in standard software integration projects.
• Stakeholder Management and Contract Management experience.
• IPMA B or equivalent certificated would be an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
Workload: 80-100%
Start Date: 01.02.2015
End Date: 31.12.2015 (with option of extension until end 2017)
