Project Management Office Support - Back Office Data Administrator - MS Office - MS Excel
We are currently looking for a project management office support with the following skills and experience:
Your role: Back Office Data Administrator (Project Office)
Skills/Experience:
- Project Management Office experience (intermediate level desired)
- Experienced MS Office user (extensive knowledge in Excel)
- Good writing skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional languages are a plus
Main tasks:
- Collect and aggregate Excel data related to roll-out/project waves
- Group available information and maintain it in a due diligence document
- Update of site information data with findings of the due diligence and preparation of TSAs (transitional service agreements)
- Management of relate project database information
