Data Analyst/Migration Support Fluent German Investment Bank
The migration activities especially around internal accounts are important tasks within the overall project and include interactions across the overall organization and businesses.
Hands-on attitude and readiness of mind are prerequisite for this interesting job opportunity. The ability to work independently, in a structured way and to deliver on time and in good quality is critical.
Main Activities:
. Maintenance internal account master sheet: updates based on business input, request ad hoc reports and incorporate information in master sheet (MS Excel)
. Prepare templates for semi-automated load of internal accounts for testing, dress rehearsals and production (for the various go-live milestones): Preparation of data, creation of input templates (MS Access)
. Data load execution: Support analysis of data loading errors
. Support migration design/internal accounts including documentation
Requirements:
. Flexible, self-organized
. Quick learner
. Ability to work independently and in a precise and efficient manner
. Well-developed oral and written communication skills (English, German)
. Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Access
. Available on short notice
. Experience in the financial services industry would be an asset
