IT Facilities Manager/Coordinator - ITIL/Datacenter
This is a short term assignment for and experienced Facilities Manager to support a global financial services company to develop their service and governance documentation within Data Centers and IT Rooms.
Role and Responsibility;
- Creating IT guideline documents
- Developing and defining process
- Drafting SLA/SLO with Datacenter and OCC teams
Skills Required;
- Service Management skills (ITIL)
- Understanding of Data Center and IT Room processes
- Good technical knowledge of power and cooling for Datacenter
- Experience creating manuals and guidelines
- Excellent written English
