Harvey Nash is looking for a Contract a Project Assistant for a 2 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling.
Your Tasks in this position are
coordinating dependencies and interfaces and controlling the progress of sub-projects performing the project related quality and resource management effecting the project controlling and the information of all involved parties giving support to the project leader in carrying out projects and sub-projects performing communication, information and documentation tasks updating and controlling the continuous planning for the project leader coordinating and controlling the change and configuration management for the project controlling costs, due dates and risks and in case of deviation informing the project leader/sub-project leader. Submitting proposals to correct deviations In order to be suitable for this position you need the following skills
Understands complex matters fast and can structure and summarize these in an easily understandable way in documents. Excellent written and spoken English Can translate creative ideas into simple concepts. Very customer and service oriented. Excellent planning and organizations skills including good time management. Working well under pressure with frequent interruptions. Strong communication Skills (Oral and written). Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
