For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for 1st Level Supporter a new 6 month contract in Zurich.
In this challenging position you will be part of a team providing 1st level support for multiple technologies (Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle and MS-SQL) on a 24/7 basis for systems located in Switzerland.
The tasks will entail:
- 24/7 Shift Work
- Incident Management (1st Level Support)
- Change Management (mainly SW-Deployments & script execution)
- Operational Requests (Service Requests, User-/Account Management)
The candidate will possess the following:
- Experience Microsoft Windows Systems Administrator
- Preferably skills in MS-SQL Database Administration and/or Unix/Linux Systems Administration
- Ready/willing to work in 24/7 shifts
- Good English
- Good MS Office skills is an advantage
- Scripting knowledge (VBS, VBA, C-Sharp) is an advantage
This role would be to start as soon as possible. 6 months with possible extension
Contract rate CHF 534 per day.
These roles are open to Swiss, Swiss permit holders and EU Nationals living in Switzerland.
