ITIL Process Specialist
For a client of ours, a major player in the financial industry, Swisslinx is searching for an ITIL specialist for a contract position in Zurich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing IT guidelines, working out process definitions and the writing of SLAs, SLOs and SOWs with both on- and off-site teams.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English Language, any extra languages are an advantage
- Excellent service management skills using ITIL
- Good technical knowledge
- SLA, manual and guideline writing experience
Additional information:
- This position will be starting ASAP and continuing until the end of the year with the chance for extension
