BI Analytics Service Manager

Contract Length: 6 months
Montash have been engaged to source and secure a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of BI. The client serves customers in more than 165 countries, and employees over 55,000 people. In this role you will be responsible for delivery of BI & Analytics services across all platforms. Service delivery management aspects you will need to be ensuring new solutions are smoothly being transitioned into regular operations.
Skills/Experience Needed
- University level education or higher
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent English
- Prior experience working in financial environment, more than ideally in insurance, and global organisation previously
- ITIL qualifications is ideal
- DB2 and Informatica PowerCentrer exposure is more than vital
- More than 3 years' experience relating to Service Delivery Management
- More than 5 years' experience relating to BI experience
