For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for some support in form of aBusiness Analyst - Legal Structure Bank & Liquidity Management (2329)
Objectives
As business analyst for Liquidity Management, you will be responsible to coordinate various implementation aspects of new cash clearing interfaces (CHF SIC, euroSIC and GBP cross-border clearing). Business requirements have been defined and focus now moves towards implementation, acceptance testing and operational go live readiness.
Main Activities
- Perform business analysis, impact analysis and various analytical activities for our clients liquidity management in relation to legal structure changes
- Define, coordinate and implement all business related activities to enable successful go live of the liquidity management services, along the target operating model and the program deliverables, including requirements management, acceptance testing, operational go live readiness, etc.
- Define, coordinate and execute and assess various test scenarios in a complex and global test environment, ensure end-to-end integration with downstream and upstream applications and manage defect handling process
- Document new processes for education and audit purposes
- Understand cross dependencies to ensure smooth transition phase
- Provide regular progress reporting as per project delivery framework
General Expectations
- Understand the fundamentals in Liquidity Management, preferably in the space of CHF SIC, euroSIC or GBP Clearing (any other clearing currencies are an advantage)
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of the difference between Liquidity Management and Cash Management
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management within a complex banking environment (business mix; Retail, Wealth Management, Investment Bank)
- Delivery focused, hands-on and self-driven, pro-active personality
- Strong analytical capabilities as well as skills to structure complex topics and tasks
- Good stakeholder manager with strong communication skills (English and preferably German)
- Flexibility to adapt changes in implementation priorities
- Professional preparation and documentation of meetings, agreements and actions
- MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as efficient usage of methods for information sharing
