Multilingual Helpdesk Contractor (D/E/F)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within IT, we are looking for a Multilingual Helpdesk Contractor for this Contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland. Our client is looking for a German, French and English speaking candidate who can start in October/November.

Tasks:
- Call entry for selected Customers (phone, eMail, automated)
- Validate support contracts and SLA'a
- Pass the support cases on to the correct organisation
- Assure Customer is informed regarding support status from start of issue until the solution is provided
- A-Z monitoring all open cases of the selected SPS customers
- Interface between the Customer and the support organisation
- Dispatch Calls electronically using given tools and applications
- Manage open calls/reporting
- "push" cases through support organization
- Deal with Global Support Centers
- Maintain case lists
- Handle and coordinate complaints/critical cases
Specific skills:
- Familiar with the world of IT & experienced with PC/MS Office
- Communication, telefon skills, helpdesk
- Good mannered, organization talent
- Experienced in telephone communication
- Open minded/Team-working
- Clear communication (voice and articulation)
- Independent, able to think customer oriented
