Project Manager_EDMS, Document Management, communication, organizational change, OCM, Pharma
Participate in major cross-functional Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) project, take responsibility on overall project delivery and success, lead integration project stream, support project management office and change management, collaborate with other project streams across regions
Create integration plan based on scope, resources, project milestones, dependencies with other streams, costs and risks identified for the project stream. Ensure alignment across project streams
Ensure integration stream delivery according to plan, costs and quality
Define communication strategy and plan for the integration stream. Align IDM integration team with partner system owners (confirm high level approach and plan, R&R, impact/availability of resources). Ensure project information is available and distributed across project and partners. Include business process owners and solution owners in relevant project activities, manage customer/partner relationship
Establish the quality strategy and implement it within the integration stream. Ensure quality of the project delivery and acceptance by end-user community
Track and report project progress on a weekly basis. Identify issues, deviations from the project plan, monitor project risks and implement corrective/mitigation plan. Communicate status to project management and partner system owners
Evaluate and confirm feasibility of technical approach. Understand business needs and solution architecture
Support project management and change management activities for the complete IDM project
Special Requirements
10 years of project management experience in complex projects
Experience with pharmaceutical industry, biotech, or other validated environment highly desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; strong presentation skills; experience in interaction with senior stakeholders
Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
Must be a dynamic, pro-active and customer orientated contributor
Recent experience in a role as Organizational Change Manager (OCM) or with a Communication context is highly desired
