For our client in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead their dynamic team as a Head of Strategy and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Definition of strategy for all department functions
- Identification and management of risk
- Definition of business functional and technical architectures
- Guiding and supporting sub-departments in analysing problems and defining solutions
- Communicating and reporting on architecture standards compliance
- Liaising with external vendors
Ideal Profile:
- Extensive experience in strategy definition and monitoring architecture goals
- Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
- Ability to define and operate processes and procedures
- Good technical expertise
- Experience in application development management
- Fluent English
