Mainframe testing - DB2 - TSO - Quality Centre - German
Mainframe testing know-how (Checking data in DB2 tables, Checking the jobs, TSO usage etc.), QC (for writing test case/executing & defect tracking).
Analyze the requirement for the requests that should be tested.
Design the test cases in Quality Centre. Execute the test cases in Quality Centre.
Raise the defect for any failed test case.
Re-test the defect after fix. Report to the Test Manager the progress and issues.
Escalate the issues in the application to the Client. Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
Organize the meetings on need basis with various stake holders.
Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client on allocations and others Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to Business during UAT. Good to have: Domain knowledge on Tax, German language proficiency, Previous exposure in technical testing & test automation
You must speak German fluently.
