We are looking for you as an experienced Change Project Manager to join our client and support him with his global Data Center Consolidation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a new Target Operating Model
- Implement the new Target Operating Model in a sensitive environment
- Communicate process changes to all professionals involved in the initiative in the long run
- Collaborate with both internal and external resources to achieve a smooth transformation
Your Profile
- Extensive change project management experience on the IT side of complex organizations
- Experience in the design and implementation of TOMs
- Refined communication skills in a highly sensitive business environment
- Major organizational change exposure
- ITIL knowledge and previous experience in creating SLA and Service Management Agreements
- Fluent English
