IT Project Stream Manager (PM) - Batch Tracing
Edelway AG is IT/Pharma professional services staffing consultancy with over 160 consultants active
In Switzerland. We are currently looking for an experience IT Project Stream Manager to join our global pharmaceutical Client in Basel. This will be a long term relationship month's contract).
Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus.
Start Date: August
Rate/Salary: Excellent
Your Profile
*Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to develop project stream charter and project stream plans
*Plan, schedule, and control project stream activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project stream requirements and strategy
*Develop and drive integrated project stream plans, aligning project stream tactics with project strategy
*Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project stream resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
*Lead risk management within project stream team, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
*Manage project stream within established scope, schedule, and budget
*Facilitate and lead effective project stream meetings and workshops, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity
*In collaboration with project team and program manager, develop, execute and sustain effective project communication, training and change management plan
You need.
*Minimum: BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience
*5+ years of effective IT project management experience in supply chain and pharmaceutical industry
*Experience in batch tracing tools
*Sound understanding and proficiency with SAP
*Working knowledge of regulatory, quality requirements and processes
*High proficiency with the use of MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
*Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; demonstrated ability to drive for results and manage projects
*Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable, measurable tasks
*Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments
