Project Manager Support
Edelway AG is IT/Pharma professional services staffing consultancy with over 160 consultants active
In Switzerland. We are currently looking for an experience Project Manager Support to join our global pharmaceutical Client in Basel. This will be a long term relationship month's contract).
Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus.
Start Date: August/September
Rate/Salary: Excellent
Your Profile
*Manage the project plan, update as required
*Distribute work packages and track progress
*Manage and regularly update the RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
*Manage weekly core team meetings (agenda, meeting lead, RAID, minutes)
*Support concept and stream meetings with documenting minutes, decisions, actions etc.
*Preparation of slides for decision making
*Act as integration manager, identify and manage dependencies between the streams
*Escalate issues and risks to project lead
You need.
*Proficient in project management methodology (project planning, resource management, RAID, Work breakdown structure, critical path)
*Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing-supply chain processes is a plus
*Knowledge of IT implementation (validation, testing etc.) is a plus
*Action oriented, influencing skills, completer, finisher
*English language mandatory, German is a plus
