For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a HR Transition Manager to ensure coherence on job descriptions and management levels as well as contract types, drive the timely fulfilment of critical positions and track hiring of business resource backfills 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting readiness assessments and assess the change impact

  • Providing guidance, support and toolkits to the markets and functions and Ensure compliance in all HR processes 

  • Coordinate recruitment in RBS (Regional Business Solutions), 

  • Facilitate sourcing of candidates by supporting talent exchanges and liaising with the Int'l HRP and HR in the markets and HQ,

  • Track SME identification the SME (Subject Matter Experts) in the markets and for Project Managers and Super Users

  • Advise Line Manager on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates, coordinate offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit and HRBP in the market/RBS and provide comprehensive view of skills required

  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management levels: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

  • Work with communication, training, HR in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation as well as to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 7 years solid Business/hands on markets experience as HR or Other functional expertise, preferably working on large-scale, international organisation

  • Basic Knowledge of HR processes, documents and the legal framework (Employment law & labour regulations, completion law)

  • Experience in recruitment or people management (Employee life cycle processes) with strong knowledge of Project Management and Organisational design and development

  • Ability to handle cross functional topics, Successful track records in managing change and stakeholder management

  • Working with virtual teams as a strong pre-requisite 

  • Excellent communication skills in English

This is a contract position with an international client for 3 months in the first instance (would be possibly extended). The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
