For a short term assignement of two months at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for immediate support in form of anExecutive Assistant within Wealth Management (2169)
Together with another Executive Assistant colleague, you will be working as a team managing the office administration and support a senior Manager and her office in her daily work.
Key responsibilities:
Administration and Outlook Management: calendar planning, agenda management, reviewing and responding to mails, answering and screening telephone calls
Organization meetings, conferences and calls: prepare material, briefings, documentations, travel plans, monitor scheduled meetings, booking rooms, prepare meeting rooms (seating, name tags, beverages etc.), reception of guests
Scheduling and organizing travel arrangements (including security): transport, accommodation, visa, currencies etc.
Personal correspondence: acceptance of meeting requests, design of personal answers to invitations, congratulations and birthday cards, credit card expenses
Requirements:
It is essential to have practical experience working on a top-executive level, be a strong team player, be absolute discreet and trustworthy and have a good understanding of the Swiss and international financial market environment.
Additionally, you have the following qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills, flexible, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and enjoy administrative challenges
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, high client orientation and enjoy being in service
Solution oriented, calm personality with high stress resilience, open-minded, attention to detail
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with modern technology (Blackberry, iPad etc.)
Fluent in English, German is a plus
