Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2546 for a PMO (f/m) in the Banking AreaProject environment: A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Project and Program administration.
• Portfolio Management.
• Organization of team meetings and workshop logistics.
• Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation.
Key Deliverables
• Project plan creation and maintenance.
• Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control.
• Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ of work experience in a similar position in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of the project management processes, methods and standards.
• Ability to prepare communication and reporting materials for project meetings and steering boards.
• Very good knowledge of MS office (Pivot, Macros in Excel for reporting).
Soft skills
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Independently come up with the right structures.
• Ability to enable change, innovation and continuous productivity gains and process information within your team.
• Ability to proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
