Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2519 for a Project Manager (f/m) Endpoint SecurityProject environment: A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Infrastructure and Software deployments.
• Deployment of regional appliances.
• Handling of Deal Review Board and Risk Assessment.
• Development, packaging and deployment of a new security agent into the banking standard.
• Define, track and push delivery of work packages to deliver the development and implementation of the security agent for Wintel desktops and server.
• Deliveries will include technical tools together with their seamless integration into the bank’s technical assets and process changes which must be sustainable with appropriate service structures, SLAs, governance and training.
Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager within the last 7-8 years in a global bank.
• Proven ability (through prior engagements in a global bank within the past 5 years) to manage projects transparently and according to the bank’s methodologies and processes (e.g. for software development, risk management, procurement, engaging across divisions to deploy hardware or order services, etc.).
• Understanding of Endpoint Security (virus scanners, desktop hardening, indicator of compromise scanning).
• Able to work flexible hours to enable contact with Asia Pacific and Europe.
• PMP or other project management certification and experience of RUP are both distinct advantages.
• Good understanding of process design and implementation including good knowledge and experience of incident management processes are advantageous.
Soft Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbally (Project requires political finesse with many stakeholders, many of whom are senior).
• Candidate must be able to drive the project forward in an assertive and independent manner in the face of stakeholder resistance, a global and interdisciplinary team, organisational complexity and technical risks and issues.
