Role: IT Site Support/Project Manager Windows 7 Upgrade/W7 Upgrade
Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland
Rate: Negotiable - paid in CHF
Language: German and English fluent
My client is looking for an IT Support/Project Manager to help with the Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level.
- Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
- Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Departmentweb up to date
- Communications
- Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
- Act as backup for local maintained applications
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
