For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a Business Consultant in SLA Management (Legal Entity)
As part of a large scale Legal Entity (LE) structure redesign program, there is need to create a work stream focused on the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to formally document the service/activity provider/receiver relationships between Legal Entities.
Responsibilities/Deliverables include (but are not limited to)
o Collecting and evaluating legal, regulatory, tax and other stakeholders' requirements
o Aligning requirements with other past, inflight and known future projects
o Developing design principles and framework
o Defining data collection/documentation/workflow/storage processes
o Developing ongoing business as usual (BAU) setup, governance model, control framework (performance management) and escalation processes
o Determining the implementation approach and timeline
The resources will report into a New York based project manager who will provide the required guidance and establish the interfaces/connections with the relevant subject matter experts within the firm.
