IT Internal Controls coordinator
Our global Pharma/Medical Devices Client near Basel is urgently looking for an IT Internal Controls coordinator to join at the early stages of a large transformation program. English only is required. German will be a plus.
Role Description
As part of daily activities, the IT department must ensure that systems operation and security remain under control through monitoring of defined control activities. We are looking for an assistant to help monitoring, tracking and managing the execution of those control activities.
Tasks
* Tracks and monitors that IT internal controls are executed according to predefined schedule.
* Escalates late executions.
* Performs formal control testing according to predefined acceptance criteria and based on 2014 SOX test planning
* Captures and retain adequate evidence of control execution and test results
* Assist in execution of various IT controls
* Assist in writing documentation and other administrative tasks for IT Risk Assurance team
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools
* Good documentation skills (English, German)
* Planning & Tracking skills
* Methodic, organized and willing to learn
* Capacity to work in a complex and changing environment is required
* Working knowledge of IT and Compliance activities is required
* Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements is preferred
* Knowledge of SAP is preferred
