For a client in Switzerland we are looking for experienced practitioners with profound knowledge of OBIEE (Oracle BI Enterprise Edition) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).Real project experience in the two mentioned technologies above is a must and should be well documented.
Following are the Skills needed for this project:
Role: Architect SUITE: Solution Architect – Business Intelligence _ L5.1 Skill: OBIEE Architect Location: Switzerland Role/Responsibilities:? Provide technical direction and leadership to design and implement enterprise BI, Analytics and performance management solutions in a complex enterprise environment;? Conduct project planning and work estimates with project manager;? Responsibility for support, enhancements of OBIEE Application? Build thought leadership in the Oracle Business Intelligence stream.? Lead and orchestrate Specialized Business Solutions using OBI.? Develop BI roadmap and strategy suiting organizations of various sizes and industries.? Educate and prepare business towards Business Intelligence initiatives.? Design innovative BI architecture supporting operational, tactical and strategic business needs.? Generate whitepapers, new IPs, re-usable components to improve Top and Bottom line? Manage OBI Pre-sales from the practice perspective
–>Solution Architecture(L1)-1. Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and proposesolution that will be able to meet the requirements. 2. Work with the designteam to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options. 3.Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams. 4. Workwith client architecture teams in – validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options 5. Present thearchitecture and design to necessary stake holders as required. 6. Workingexperience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)
–>DW Data Architecture(L1)-Should have good theoretical understanding of the technology concepts Shouldbe able to develop technology solutions to meet low and medium complexityproject specific business requirements Experience Range : 0-1 years ofexperience in developing technology level solutions like architecture,framework, etc.
–>BI Architecture(L1)-Experience in BI/OLAP framework definition, BI/OLAP Architecture, Evaluationand comparison of tools.Experience in provide technical guidance and mentorship in architecting anddesigning high end BI/OLAP implementations.Experience in resolving complex technical issues in BI/OLAP Design,architecture & implementation.2years of experience in end-to-end BI/OLAP design & implementation or experiencatleast 1 BI/OLAP project end-to-end implementation
–>BI Analysis and Solution design(L1)-Experience in BI/OLAP framework definition, Architecture, evaluation andcomparison of tools.Expeience in preparation of solution framework, whitepapers and knowledge / competency documents.Interface with BI/OLAP productvendors, customers and technical support groups and represent in variousinternal and external forums.2years experience in BI/OLAP consulting orexperience in Design & Implementation of 2 BI/OLAP development projects.”
