Project Manager Medical Device Industry (m/f)

Beschreibung

• Providing, maintaining and optimizing project and portfolio management processes
• Managing project information to support project teams and management teams in their decision making
• Supporting the Project/Product Leaders and the project teams throughout all phases of the project, i.e. project setup, planning, implementation, progress- & cost control, and closing
• Managing project and product risk, incl. critical path, risk assessment, identification of mitigations, and actively contributing to the tracking of risks and mitigations
• Creating and maintaining of task-, resource- and budget plans of cross-functional and multi-site projects
• Creating the required project documentation
• Participating in and partly leading of relevant project meetings as well as moderating of workshops
• Acting as an interface between the different functions within a project
• Implementing processes and best practices within the projects and project teams and thereby fostering continuous improvement and ensuring knowledge and experience exchange

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant area of study (Master or equivalent)
• Experience as a Project Manager or member of a Project Management Support Organization
• Ability and willingness to work independently in cross-functional teams with focus on Project Management
• Very good communication skills throughout all levels of the organization
• Excellent process understanding and skills in planning and organization
• Project Management certification, e.g. PMI, PRINCE, IPMA
• Experience with financing & controlling processes in a global framework
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project including mpm
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
