For a short (4-month) project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Strategist HR (2182)
Tasks, you will perform:
Act as the authority for system relevant design work with the counterpart in IT
Support the Program Director for HRPST to design the future, long-term HR system architecture, that ensures that business needs are met by the right structured HR business architecture
Develop a business architecture strategy based on HR strategy
Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the HR function
Describe the primary business functions of HR and distinguish between automated, self-servicing, support, administrative and consulting business functions.
Support the design of a HR system landscape with its dependencies to other organizations and systems
Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data (HR data model)
Your qualification:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English speaker; German is a plus)
Able to manage senior/executive stakeholders in the bank
Broad HR background across main HR functions; 5-10 years of experience with HR function and as HR IT Strategist
Extensive experience modeling business processes into IT system requirements
Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
Broad knowledge of HR processes across the HR functions; combined with business process reengineering experience
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to deliver pragmatic, high-quality results with tight deadlines
Extensive international experience working within global matrix organizations and with multiple system providers
Highly organized and structured work style; demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
