Market Risk Business Analyst - Front Office Regulation
Our client is possibly Switzerland's leading financial institution. To work within their Chief Risk Office they are seeking a strong Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of the Market Risk capital framework capabilities in order to meet Basel regulatory requirements,
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders including Market Risk managers, Finance, Custodians of book structures, Front Office Data Owners and Front Office Business Owners Conduct deep dive analyses and gap analyses.
- Managing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Work with key stakeholders and programs to define business solutions that deliver requirements.
- Pursue timely resolution of ongoing regulatory and industry group outcomes on business requirements.
- Facilitate/manage testing and issue resolution
Key skill include:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst working on Market Risk related projects
- Strong grasp of IT systems in order to extract data where necessary, and an understanding of the processes involved in generating market risk capital and P&L within an Investment Bank.
- A record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements, and an ability to create and advise on solutions
