Big Data Management Engineer - Splunk
In this role of Big Data Management engineer you will be part of our dynamic team to design, engineer and configure the firm's strategic log management solution based on a product called Splunk. This Zurich based role will serve and closely collaborate in a global context.
Your tasks:
- Developing applications, configurations and 3rd level support of our products
- Contributing on conceptual/architectural design and reviewing for Log Management solution
- Collaborating with product management based in Switzerland to elaborate roadmaps
- Closing and successful collaborating with third party vendor
Your experience/skills:
- Higher degree in IT or relevant working experience
- Ideal background in Information Security technologies or in IT Log Management (eg Splunk, Logstash, Loggly, ArcSight)
- Experience in using Unix/Linux and software version control
- Knowledge of at least one Object Oriented Language (eg .NET, JAVA, C++, etc.)
- Any of industry recognized engineering and security certifications will be an advantage: ITIL, CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
