System Administrator #Java/JSEE #Oracle #Shell Scripting # IT infrastructure
We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's team. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company.
- Work with the IT Infrastructure and other IT team members to refine and clarify requirements to automate Middleware management (delivery, configuration, monitoring) and deployment process.
- Use appropriate technologies such as Chef, Hudson, Jenkins, Cloud etc.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvement to CI/CD processes
- Design, document and help optimize the CI/CD strategies in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality.
- Effectively develop and communicate technical solutions to unique client issues.
- Experience in Java/J2EE Servers, Oracle, Shell Scripting, Ruby, Chef (mandatory), Hudson/Jenkins
- Knowledge & Experience
Required Skills:
- At least five years' equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position responsible for managing large server environments.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and release process management.
- Strong Linux/Middleware Administration including application and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of bash and Perl Shell Scripting.
- Experience with managing Open Source software
- Python, Perl, and Ruby experience
- OpenStack experience is a plus
- Chef experience (must)
