Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2934 for a Business Analyst (f/m) with Credit and Market Risk experience.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Analyse business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes.
• Prepare requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases.
• Conduct requirement, options and solution walkthrough with stakeholders.
• Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations.
• Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management.
• Coordinating the work of more junior analysts.
Key Deliverables
• Process documentation.
• Business requirements documentation.
• Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans.
Requirements
• Project management experience as project manager or business analyst.
• Experience in working across functions and regions and bringing together teams to execute projects that are dealing with complex issues.
• Credit Risk and Market Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control.
• Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret new regulations and partner with business to drive requirements identification.
• Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically on how to bring solution together in a cohesive design and architecture.
• Ability to work independently, highly organized self-starter and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
