Office 365 Deployment Project Co-ordinator - Switzerland. Our client is a major international organisation with its Head Quarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. As part of a major new implementation, they are looking for a Project Co-ordinator with experience of Windows Infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating projects and project dependencies for the deployment of Office 365. You will update project tools with key information related to the progress of the projects and liaise with technical teams to ensure accuracy and improve stakeholder communication.
You will also create the required documentation to ensure project governance (approval gates) are successfully passed on time and within the expected quality guidelines.
You background will be in Windows collaboration technologies, Hybrid Cloud Integration Projects (specifically Office 365, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Exchange Online) and be well versed in MS Office tools such as Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
