One of our top clients in the financial industry in Basel in now looking for a IAM specialist with good level of Active Directory knowledge. Someone with Windows 2008R2/Windows 2012 R2 would be perfect for this role, since you would be assisting the Windows engineering team.
Your Tasks:
- Strong MS Active Directory knowledge
- Good knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience in Identity and Access Management
- Strong analysis skills
- Good social skills/Good team skills
Skills required :
- To analyse what type of permissions users need to access different applications
- Check if privileges of users can be reduced/simplified to access those applications
- Work together with Corporate Security to optimise Identity and Access Management
- Active Directory groups clean-up
- Review and update of permissions on confidential folders in File Shares
Desirable skills when working with the Windows engineering team would be:
- Active Directory/Group Policies
- Systems Centre Suite of products: Operations Manager, Service Manager and Configuration Manager
- Scripting/Power Shell
- Should be comfortable working with Domain Admin privileges
