Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2915 for a Business Analyst (f/m) Document Management.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Analyze, develop and implement a target solution for document management and distribution and take ownership for that solution (initially 60%, with the goal to increase to 80-90% over a few months).
• As part of that role maintain current productive environment to distribute documents internally. The current environment is based on very manual processes. Initial Workload expected to be ~40%, with first improvements down to 20%; long term ~10%.
• Interact with business stakeholders distributed globally.
• Perform business requirements engineering and analysis. Coordinate, streamline and prioritize requirements on an ongoing basis to ensure they are sensible and are delivering benefits to our organization.
• Create quality Business specifications as the basis for development including review and sign-off process. Perform end-end processes mapping and reengineering across different business units.
• Coordinate implementation of business initiatives that are process and data driven.
• Assist IT ensuring effective and timely delivery.
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent background.
• Good Asset Management financial sector knowledge .
• PEX or similar process management skills a plus.
• Experience with document management / dissemination tools & processes a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of analytical best practices and a range of analysis methodologies.
• Experience how to capture requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-reliant.
• Ability to manage workload and competing priorities effectively during peak times.
• Reliability, drive and commitment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Languages: Good verbal and written English skills; German a plus.
