On behalf of our client, a renowned Pharmaceutical company in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for a highly dedicated and competent Business Analyst/Validation Lead.
This is a contract placement (50%) in Basel.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract will run until end of August 2015.
In this challenging contract role you will be responsible for:
Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows and giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
Evaluating physical and organisational resources and supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
Documentation of user requirements
In order to be considered for this exciting role you are required to have:
Worked previously in a similar position
Strong experience in Computerized System Validation, understanding of validation process and able to provide document deliverables (Validation Plan, Test Plan, Test Specifications)
Strong experience in Telephony, Contact Center, Call Recording, data classification
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and German
